Ranges, Value and PR passes are not too important, ignore them for now. To read this chart look at last four columns starting with "Links for PR5" - the PR rows 1-10 on left tell you how approx how many PR 1, PR 2 ...to PR 10 links you need to get a PR5 ranking on your own site, i.e. 3,055 PR2 inlinks to make your site PR5 or 101 PR5's to make your site PR5, 3.339 PR7's to make your site PR5 etc. Chart also shows what is estimated to achieve PR6, PR7 and PR8 for your URL or domain.
